SOW Builder provides the basis you need to create Statements of Work (Detailed Service Related Contracts) efficiently and quickly. Export ready-made SOW sections directly from the application into your favorite word processor. SOW Builder keeps you organized section by section and focused on the creation of each section at hand before moving on to the next section of your SOW.
SOW Builder 4.0 is based on the creation of SOWs for technology industries. However, it can easily be adapted to other industries since the concept is the same in each industry that provides products and or services.
Concept: Vendor provides products and or services. Client accepts products and or services. Compile the SOW containing the pricing, details and conditions of the products and or services being rendered. Vendor and client agree on the SOW and finalize the contract.

Unlike previous versions of SOW Builder, 4.0 allows you to create and edit multiple records of SOW sections and assign each section to an SOW ID and Client.
