Use this feature to locate and install a database update file.
Allows the database administrator to add and remove groups and users. Allows the database administrator to grant different levels of access for groups and users.

Open Remote Database:
Share Database:
Open a remote database via lan. After choosing this option, open a remote database by entering the ip address of the machine hosting the database. Choose a port, the default is 6420.  Enter your login and password. If this is not defined choose guest1 or guest2 leave password blank. Note: for security reasons users should be setup with a group, user name and password.
Share database for multi user access. After selecting this option choose the port you want to host the database on. Take note of the ip address displayed in the window that users need to connect with. Supply the ip address to the remote users. The application will connect, search for the database and start the application.
Import / Parse:
Import data from other sources.
Synchronize with another database: This option allows the user to sync with another SOW Builder 4 DB database. From the sync dialog box you can choose which area(s) of the database you would like to sync.
Note: For advanced users only. 
Import From Access / Excel: This option allows the user to import from a MS Access database or an MS Excel spreadsheet. From the import dialog box you can choose which type of file you would like to import from.
Note: For advanced users only. 
Import Web-Page: This feature is disabled and reserved for future enhancements.
Import From txt File: This option allows the user to import data from a text file. 
Note: This option is used with "Section Records Only"
Import MS Word Document: This option allows the user to import a MS Word .Doc file or a .Rtf file.

Import Mails From Outlook: This feature is disabled and reserved for future enhancements.
Export / Send:
Export data to other destinations.
Export to Access / Excel: This option allows the user to export data to a MS Access database or a MS Excel spreadsheet. From the export dialog box you can choose which type of file you would like to export to.

Send An Email: This feature is disabled and reserved for future enhancements.
Create A Web Page:This option allows the user to export data to an HTML file. From the dialog box you can choose the template format, Web Page or Web Form.

Copy To MS Word: This option will export data to MS Word.

Copy To Clipboard: This option will copy data to the Windows clipboard.

Export To Text File: This option will export data to a text file.
