Folder Menu
Table View:
Allows the user to create a new - or modify an existing - Table View.  The Table View is the list of records within a folder that are below the record form.  You can modify the columns that you want to change by navigating to the folder you want to work with, view a record, go to the Table View menu and from the drop-down menu choose "Columns."  This will allow the user to choose the record fields that they would like displayed in the Table View.
Layout:
Allows the user to choose the Layout View of the application.  Example:  position records above table as is set in the application OR reverse the layout by choosing the Table Over Record option.
This feature allows the user to Link other records to a record.  For example, in the SOW section Access and Use, you can add a link to a glossary record by clicking the Add Link from the Records Menu and navigating to the record you wish to link.  The benefit of this Link would be a direct line to a glossary term that may need to be explained to a user viewing the record without having to leave the record and navigate to the glossary folder.

Sort Records:
Find Record:
Allows the user to sort records within a folder. The sort box allows the user to customize the sort order to the needed results.
Allows the user to find records within a folder. The find box allows the user to customize the search criteria to target specific results.
Sort Sub Folders:
Allows the user to sort sub-folders from A-Z or Z-A. Highlight the folder containing sub-folders, Example: the section folder. Choose sort sub-folders and choose the order.
Rename Folder:
Allows the user to rename the current folder.
Set Access Levels:
This feature allows the Administrator to set access level permissions to a folder.  Click "Change" and then choose user level from the list.  Access level is Administrator by default and is not necessary to change unless sharing the database on a network.
Folder Properties:
Allows the user to change the header color of the current folder and add comments about the folder.
Allows the user to clone - or duplicate - the current folder. 
Clone:
Allows the user to delete the current folder.
