Tool Bar

Add Record: Allows the user to add a new record to a folder.

Clone Record Allows the user to duplicate the current record.

Spell Check Section: For use with Sections record body only.

Print: Will print the current Sections record.

Backup Database:

Find Find records in the current folder.

Sort Sorts records in the current folder.

Navigate: Move forward and reverse through records.

The Tool Bar allows fast access to the following functions:

Creates a copy of the current database. A restore database feature is not provided. In the event the original database becomes corrupted simply navigate to the folder where the database backups exsist, select and open the latest backup file. The backup will now become your database file. Delete the corrupted file.
